Lagniappe (LAN-yap) is a creole word I've grown up with. It's kind of like bonus features. Here is where any website extras will be, such as links and random things. For instance, my name is pronounced "BAY-tee", like Katy - although some families pronounce and spell it another way.

Before I was touring, my main bass amplifier was a David Eden WT800. Sometime around 2004, my amp survived a home studio fire - and it still worked! David (Nordschow) Eden was interested in using my story for their website and full page magazine ads, some of which appeared in Bass Player Magazine. In exchange for a small fee, David Eden sent me a newer updated model of the amp, and I sent them my old one. If you've ever seen the melted WT800 amp, now you know where it came from!
